When it comes to supplements of all kinds, from natural brands to conventional over-the-counter and prescription remedies, it’s very difficult to find unbiased information online. But our site is different because it’s our goal to give you the clearest and most accurate information about products like Happy Calm & Focused (HCF). This is a natural supplement that improves the health of your brain, made by The HCF Company. The information below was compiled to give you a clear picture of what you can expect from this product so that you can make the best decision possible for your health and well-being. We tried this product ourselves with the free trial they provide.
About Happy Calm & Focused
The goal of Happy Calm Focused is to improve the overall health of your brain. This natural supplement works thanks to a combination of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that improve and maintain the health of neurotransmitters within the brain. After taking this product, you should feel more energized, motivated, happier, calmer, more focused, and better able to recall information.
The manufacturers of HCF made sure to include those ingredients that wouldn’t only be potent and effective but would also cross the blood-brain barrier. This barrier is meant to protect the brain from toxins, but it can also prevent vital nutrients from passing through as well if the nutrients aren’t combined properly or found in appropriate amounts for the brain to harness and utilize. But you can rest assured that, with HCF, all of the nutrients your brain needs to be strong will be able to pass through this barrier and provide many positive effects.
Many consumers will also be happy to hear that HCF is free of GMOs, wheat gluten, and animal byproducts. There are no preservatives, coatings, chemicals, calories, dairy, additives, sweeteners, fragrances, yeast, or enhancers. And the vegetarian capsules are gelatin-free.
What is the Safety of HCF?
When taken appropriately, HCF is totally safe. Remember that all of the ingredients found in the product are natural and derived from the foods you eat every day. You’re just providing a gentle boost to ensure your brain gets the right amount of these nutrients to function at its best. However, certain everyday nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, can do more harm than good when taken in large doses, so just be sure to follow the label directions closely to ensure safe administration of this product, just as you would with any other vitamin or mineral supplement.
The only negative responses people have shared after using HCF is the lack of noticeable effects. There haven’t been any reported cases of adverse side effects.
What are the Ingredients?
A complete list of HCF’s ingredients are below. Remember that the combination of all natural vitamins, minerals, and amino acids work perfectly together to help one another cross the blood-brain barrier and stimulate higher levels of neurotransmitters like norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine. That’s why it’s so effective.
Amino Acid F (DL-Phenylalanine) – This essential amino acid must be derived from the foods we consume because it isn’t produced by the body. It servers as a precursor to dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine, and it also releases phenylethylamine, which allows receptors in the brain to receive endorphins more effectively. You’ll notice an increase in happy feelings, energy, alertness, memory, motivation, attention span, and calmness, as well as improved sleep.
Amino Acid Q (L-Glutamine) – This conditional amino acid serves as a precursor to gamma amino butyric acid, which is another type of neurotransmitter that helps the mind stay calm and clear while sharpening concentration.
Vitamin A (Beta Carotene)
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine HCL)
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
Vitamin B3 (Niacin and Niacinamide)
Vitamin B5 (D-Calcium Pantothenate)
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL)
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol Succinate)
Calcium (Calcium Citrate)
Chromium (Chromium Polynicotinate)
Iron (Ferrous Fumerate)
Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide)
Zinc (Zinc Citrate and Zinc Picolinate)
Is It Legal to Take?
HCF is legal in the United States because it contains vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that are all natural. We don’t expect this product to be illegal anywhere else in the world either, though please keep in mind that we aren’t legal experts and may be incorrect in that assumption. So if reside outside of North America, be sure to check local laws and ensure that none of the ingredients are banned from your country.
What are the Side Effects of Taking HCF?
This supplement doesn’t cause any side effects. The nutrients contained within it are balanced so that the appropriate amounts will be absorbed by the body without causing any problems.
In terms of interactions with other over-the-counter medications and supplements, HCF has also been found to be completely safe. Nevertheless, you should check with your doctor first if you’re taking any medications or supplements to be sure they won’t negatively interact with HCF.
Also, if you’re pregnant or nursing, if you suffer from PKU, or if you’re taking an MAO inhibitor, ask your doctor before taking HCF.
Does Happy Calm & Focused Work?
Every member on our team gladly signed up for HCF’s free trial. Over the course of one month, we consumed one bottle of HCF. In the first week alone, we noticed positive results, including better sleep, the ability to rise in the morning more easily, and more energy throughout the day. Our team also noticed a reduction in anxiety and stress, as well as an improvement in memory. These effects were enjoyed throughout the month.
At the beginning, you’ll notice the effects right away, and they will continue to build in intensity until they level off before the end of the month-long period. But the most important thing is that there is never any reduction in positive effects from HCF. So we can definitely safe that this product works as it claims.
Some of our team members chose to continue taking HCF even after the trial was over. For those of us who wanted to cancel our memberships, it was simple to do so.
Can HCF Stimulate Weight Loss?
It’s important to note that HCF doesn’t contain stimulants and will affect your metabolism. However, this supplement is able to support the body’s ability to produce neurotransmitters that create a happier mood, which may prevent people from overeating as a result of depression. In other words, the same feel-good effects many people get from eating can be derived from HCF, which reduces the need to consume more calories and fat throughout the day that can make weight loss difficult.
Happy Calm & Focused versus Dexedrine and Adderall
Even those who haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD have begun taking prescriptions meant for the condition because these medications will improve focus and energy. Students, for example, love taking these pills to help them study for long exams. But these products can cause myriad side effects, such as cardiovascular issues and psychological problems. HCF, on the other hand, is natural and doesn’t contain any harsh stimulants, so it’s safe to take to get the same great effects.
Happy Calm & Focused versus Procera AVH
Procera AVH also contains natural ingredients without stimulants and is known for improving brain function. You can take Procera daily just like you can do with HCF, but a lot of people who have reviewed the product online claim it’s ultimately ineffective.
Happy Calm & Focused versus Addtabz and AdderRX
Addtabz and AdderRX are dietary supplements that aren’t as dangerous as prescriptions, such as Adderall for ADHD, but they’re really only recommended for people that have this condition. And the other problem is that they contain stimulants. Students take Addtabz and AdderRX in order to improve energy and focus to pull off long study sessions or get through classes in college, but the effects are only meant to last as long as 6 hours. Also, AdderRX and Addtabz shouldn’t be taken every day unless you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD. HCF, on the other hand, delivers long-lasting effects because it can be taken each day, and you’ll continue enjoying the benefits of this product if you keep taking it.
Happy Calm & Focused versus Cerebral Success
Cerebral Success and HCF improve brain function and are made from natural ingredients. However, HCF has particular amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that are great for the health of your brain, whereas Cerebral Success contains plants and herbs. Although both of these products are effective, they’re used differently. HCF can be taken every day on a long-term basis, whereas Cerebral Success should only be taken when needed. Also, the effects of Cerebral Success will eventually wear off and your body will build a tolerance to it.

Subtle effects, but they are there
Happy Calm Focused took a few days to start working for me and even then the effects were subtle. It definitely isn’t the type of product that you can just take whenever you need some extra energy and focus. Over time I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep and less anxiety.

HCF free sample was worth it, but HCF isn’t for me
My free sample of HCF came quick and I gave it an honest try but I just couldn’t tell if it was working for me. I think I may have had some more energy than normal but it was just too hard to tell. I ended up canceling my subscription before it renewed on the 21st day and I didn’t get charged for anything. No harm done but I don’t think it’s worth it.

Effective brain supplement without any stimulants
The fact that this product is all natural with amino acids as the main ingredients to increase your brain functionality is what made me decide to give it a try. It doesn’t have the stimulants that the dietary supplements that are considered Adderall alternatives contain. I did the free sample a few months back and I’ve been getting the monthly dosage in the mail every since. It’s a lot cheaper doing it this way and saves you the hassle. I’ve felt great since I started taking Happy Calm & Focused regularly.

My Happy Calm Focused review
I was skeptical about these supplements marketed as brain supplements but curious. The free trial that HCF provides was the perfect way for me to try it without any strings attached. A few days after begining to take it, I began to notice I had more energy, better memory, and was in a better mood in general. My husband also seems to think there’s a difference too. I was able to convince him to start taking it as well and we’re both really happy with the changes we see.

Alternative to ADHD medications
A few of my friends take ADHD medications to help them stay focused when it comes to getting schoolwork done. I’m not the type of person to self-medicate, but after I saw how focused and successful they were, I was curious to learn more about the pros and cons of taking these types of medications.
After some research, I found brain supplements that were different from the ADHD medications my friends were taking. They didn’t contain harsh stimulants that may keep you up all night. Instead, they focused on feeding the brain and giving it what it needs to perform at its best. After reading some reviews on Happy Calm & Focused, in particular, I wanted to give it a try. All of the positive reviews and the fact that it’s produced in the USA enticed me to see if it would work on me.
About 30 minutes before I have breakfast, I take three Happy Calm & Focused (HCF) pills along with some coffee. The product works better on an empty stomach, so you can also take three more pills before you have dinner to ensure it gets to work faster and is more effective. Personally, I decided to just try three in the morning at the beginning. And this worked for me, so I didn’t feel the need to take more later in the day.
I’ve noticed an improvement in my ability to remember things since I’ve started taking HCF. For example, when I play the piano, I’m able to learn new songs more quickly than ever. My mood overall is also more positive. Therefore, I’m sort of curious to know what would happen if I stopped taking this product. Would my memory and my mood deteriorate again, or would I remain in this heightened state? But even though I’m curious, I don’t plan on testing it.
The ingredients in HCF include vitamins and amino acids, so there’s no need to worry about side effects from long-term use. Therefore, I’ll probably take this supplement for the rest of my life, and it will hopefully keep my mind young as I get older.

Where can it be Purchased Online?
The HCF Company is the manufacturer of Happy Calm & Focused, and it proudly sells directly to consumers. The company’s online store has HCF at the low manufacturer price. You can also find this product on Amazon, but check to make sure it isn’t out of stock and that the price is the same or lower than it is on the HCF Company’s website.
We recommend purchasing directly from the HCF site to take advantage of a free trial. You can then choose to continue getting the product on a monthly basis with an auto-ship option of just $39.95. Buying this product directly from the manufacturer will also ensure that you get the freshest product, and this is important because psychoactive ingredients are prone to deteriorating over time, so you definitely don’t want to purchase from a third-party seller and risk getting an older product that’s less effective.
Where can it be Purchased in Stores?
Although you can’t yet purchase HCF in stores, we anticipate that this high quality supplement will soon be picked up by major retailers like the ones listed below:
GNC – We feel that HCF will more than likely get picked up by GNC, which also carries other products, like AVH and Procera, that are similar. To stay ahead of competition, GNC would be wise to pick up HCF.
Walmart – Although you can find many supplements at Walmart and the retail giant will more than likely eventually carry HCF, don’t expect this to be one of the first places you can purchase it in stores.
Rite Aid – Rite Aid isn’t afraid of adopting new products to remain competitive, even though this retail chain is smaller than others out there, so keep an eye out for HCF there as well.
Walgreens – Walgreens is known as the biggest pharmacy retail chain in the United States, so you can expect to see HCF there probably before you see it elsewhere.
CVS – Finally, CVS is yet another large pharmacy chain that stocks supplements. You can probably expect to find HCF there at a lower rate than other chains like GNC.
Try HCF Absolutely Free!
To try HCF for free and see if it really works, you can sign up for the 1-month free trial. You’ll only pay for the shipping and you’ll get a 90-count bottle. Be prepared to sign up for automatic payment and shipment services, though, which is very common when it comes to free trials of new products. After all, the manufacturer is hoping that you’ll like the product so much that you’ll find it more convenient to opt for the auto-payment and auto-shipment options. And, remember, you can always cancel this if you aren’t satisfied. Just make sure you make a note to yourself to cancel 21 days after signing up. This will give you time to evaluate the effects of the product while also giving you plenty of time to cancel before the month is up.
Finding the Best Price on HCF
To save the most money, opt for the free trial and then, if you like HCF, go with the auto-ship option of $39.95 for each bottle. This will guarantee you pay the lowest rate possible.
If you want to steer clear of auto-shipment options, there is a “buy 2 get 1 free” promotion as well. You still pay $39.95 per bottle but it gives you the leeway to shop elsewhere for a lower rate without having to worry about canceling anything.
Check our site often, though, as we’ll continue to update it with places where you can purchase HCF at lower prices. We’ll also keep you updated on special promotions and coupons you can use to get a great deal.
